The Highest Level of Safety Culture Construction of Coal Mines:Humanistic Harmonious Coal Mines

摘要：

The construction of coal mines safety culture holds onto humanism management thought that represents the man-centered value, which is the basic conception of harmonious coal mines. The key of harmonious coal mines lies in harmony of all factors. The construction of coal mines safety culture can promote harmony of all factors in coal mines. The final aim of construction of coal mines safety culture is to build humanistic harmonious mines. In order to come to the aim, this paper puts forward that construction of coal mines material culture can establish harmony, that construction of coal mines system culture can secure harmony, that construction of coal mines behavior culture can push harmony and that construction of coal mines spirit culture can promote harmony.
