Construction Issues of Miner Safety Mental Culture

Enterprise culture construction study has been undertaking. Being the specialization of enterprise culture, enterprise safety culture is still growing. Miner safety culture study should have important value in promoting our countrys miner safety production. According to the existing study results, miner safety culture may be separated into four parts, safety substance culture, safety institution culture, safety behavior culture, and safety mental culture. In these four parts, safety mental culture is the sublimation of those three parts. R is the highest part of safety culture. It is direct expression of enterprise safety production consciousness. Through the study of miner safety mental culture, the effective construction modal of miner safety mental culture would be formed. So this would provide mental and conscious support for our countrys miner safety production
