A Research on the Pattern of Essential Safety Culture in Coal Mine Enterprise Based on Psychological Contract
Essential safety culture is spirit for coal mine enterprise. At present, safety culture in many coal mine enterprises still stays in appearance and can not be turned into rational safety self-consciousness of employee, which does not work in practice. Research proves that psychological contract is the basis and keys to establishment and practice of safety culture. Based on theories of psychological contract, this paper first analyzes the shortages in establishment of safety culture for coal mine enterprise. Second, it examines interactional mechanism between psychological contract and essential safety culture of coal mine enterprise. Finally, it puts forward a new pattern on essential safety culture for coal mine enterprise which is of importance not only in theory but also in practice for long and real safety.
