The Characteristics and Construction of Safety Ethics & Safety Perfessional Ethics

摘要：

The paper analyzes the serious safety problems without morality consciousness in China and suggests the construction of safety ethics and professional safety ethics for different groups of people initiatively. Furthermore it points out that the distinctions of different ethics should be suitable for different crowds. Finally features and construction channel of the two kinds of ethics are discussed respectively.
