Analysis of Psychological Factors of Affecting the Personality Coal Miners Unsafe Behavior

Paper from the management level to improve coal mines safety point of view, applying knowledge of management psychology, analyzes the impact of individual psychological factors on coal miners of unsafe behavior and its reasons through statistical investigation on accident cases, and gives corresponding preventive measures. Eight states of mind are put forward through the analysis on hundreds of deaths reported in Kailuan Group during last decades, which are psychology of luck, psychology of carelessness, psychology of Shortcut, psychology of forcefulness, psychology of escaping, psychology of showing off, psychology of fearfulness, Psychology of rebelliousness, Research and analysis of various manifestations of psychological insecurity can guarantee that the psychological frustration, fatigue, lack of sleep and physiological characteristics of puberty give rise to various psychological state, therefore suggestions are given to prevent a variety of psychological insecurity, including education on safety, improvement of the quality of workers, and adaption of workers ideological work and emotion, and enhancement of coal mine equipment and working environment.
