On the Transformation of Chinese Governments Role in Industry Safety Science Communication
Safety science communication is of great significance to the preservation of industry security, in which government should play an important role. This paper deals with the negative effects of extensive publicity of science popularization, analyzes and explores the role transformation process of our government from former coordinator to present leader of safety science communication. Meanwhile the paper makes a further study of clarifying the responsibilities and functions of the government in the new era and puts forward an interactive relationship among the govemment, the mass media, businesses and the public in safety science communication in the future.
