Empirical Study on the Relation Between Total Synergy of Technology Innovation Elements and Enterprise Core Competitiveness
Through investigating relative data, the main factors which have significant effect on technological innovation elements’synergy and core competitiveness in aluminum industry enterprises were found out by using factor analysis model. The empirical study was carried out to reveal the relationship between technology innovation elements’total synergy and core competence. The result shows that the total synergy degree of all elements has a significant impact on financial indicator competitiveness and non-financial indicator competitiveness, and that improving total synergy degree of innovation elements will significantly contribute to enterprise core competitiveness. The research is of great theoretical value and practical significance for grasping main factors which have significant effect on the enterprises core competitiveness from technological innovation perspective and improving relevant management measures.
