An Analysis of the Influencing Elements on Technological Innovation in Minor Enterprises Based on Grey Correlation Degree—A Case Study in Wenzhou

摘要：

In this paper, the method of grey correlation analysis is used to analyze the relationship between R&D(Research and Development) personnel, R&D funds, new products developments funds, technical renovation funds, technical import funds and new products, based on the statistical data of Wenzhou from 2002 to 2007. The results show that new products developments funds is the most important element to the new product. Second is the R&D funds. Technical renovation funds ranks the third.
