Research on Independent Scientific and Technological Innovation Capacity Based on Factor Analysis

摘要：

Independent scientific and technological innovation capacity is important power to promote regional economic sustained development. And to enhance the capacity of independent innovation is inevitable choice for economic development mode transformation in Liaoning. In this paper, the longitudinal valuation is carried out for the capacity of independent innovation in Liaoning Province by building corresponding index system. The factor analysis method is used to take empirical research based on the data from 2000 to 2008, and the problems in development are analyzed deeply. At last, the suggestions of enhancing the capacity of independent innovation in Liaoning Province’s are proposed.
