The Influence of Social Capital on Types of Innovation: The Medium Role of Exploratory and Exploitative Learning
This paper examines the differential effects of the structural, relational, and cognitive dimensions of social capital on exploratory and exploitative learning and subsequently exploratory and exploitative learning on types of innovation in high technological firms in China. The findings draw attention of managers from high technological firms operating in China to the important role of social capital in enhancing learning and technological innovation performance.
