Service Management Strategies of Small and Medium Theater-lines Based on Customer Value Innovation
As important‘bridges’between film producers and theaters, theater-lines are responsible for distributing films. Faced with the strong power from big film producers and big theater-lines, the small and medium-sized theater-lines find it becomes more and more difficult to achieve market share. How to improve their market position has become the strategic issue. The paper explores the service management of small and medium theater-lines based on customer value innovation. The small and medium theater-lines can find new market space by innovating customer value and developing new product or service to get more customer satisfaction. It will also upgrade the value of the company itself in order to achieve the sustainable development.
