On the Transfer of the Inhabitant’s Consumption Pattern in Circular Economy

摘要：

It is practical significant for the development of circular economy to change the consumption patterns. The current consumption patterns in China are unsustainable consumption patterns. So it needs to establish sustainable consumption patterns to replace the existing consumption patterns, through the following implementation such as consumer attitudes, technology, taxation mechanisms, security system and so on.
