The Positive Analysis of the Feasibility About the Full Rural Old-age Insurance Construction in Shandong Province
Rural pension insurance system is an important part of the social security system. This paper studies the existing rural old-age insurance system in Shandong and examines the many existing problems, proposes a comprehensive pension system in rural areas of Shandong province, makes the specific system design and analyzes the positive of the feasibility, eventually confirms a reality that Shandong has now been the economic base to establish the system, and analyzes the circumstances under which farmers pay the amount to meet the needs of future pension. In order to promote the better development and improvement of the system and against its problems, the paper also proposes some specific policy advice.
