On the Proper Value Orientation of the Construction of Legal System of Low-carbon Economy in China

摘要：

At present, there are few laws and regulations about the concept of low-carbon economy in China and they lag behind the times. They do not accord with the strategic need of the nation to develop the low-carbon economy and strengthen the environmental protection. By analyzing the legislative intent of these laws and regulations, by referencing the pursuit value of the foreign legislation of low-carbon economy, the author puts forward that the construction of legal system of low-carbon economy should regard the concept of low-carbon economy as the core, and regard it as its proper value orientation to ensure the sustainable development, to promote the harmonious system and maintain the safety of ecological environment.
