Analysis of Transnational Management of Chinese Enterprises Under the Background of Economic Globalization
This paper used the method of literature and investigation, and analyzed the status and characteristics of transnational management of Chinese enterprises in the context of economic globalization, and proposed the existing main problems about transnational management of Chinese enterprises. It put forward a number of countermeasures promoting Chinese overseas business and development from the point of government and enterprises, which made the conclusion that the Chinese enterprises choose corresponding international entry mode in different stages of development and need join actively in the industry of international competition and contribute to the development of Chinese economy.
