The Study of the Fitness Club Competitiveness Based on Human Resource Perspective

摘要：

Through accessing to relevant information, combined with a questionnaire survey, expert interview, and selecting representative cities, an investigation has been conducted about the operating conditions and the current situation of personnel resources of the managers, the administrators, and the coaches in several fitness clubs. It reveals that at present the domestic fitness market has begun to take shape, and the overall situation of personnel resources of fitness clubs is not satisfactory under the conditions of the convergence of hardware which has limited the development of the fitness clubs. Article aims to provide advice and consideration for the flourishing of fitness industry.
