The Status Quo, Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Continuing Education of College Librarians

摘要：

This paper points out the major problems in the librarians’ continuing education which are low recognition and lack of the corresponding management system on the basis of college librarians’education. It analyses the countermeasures of continuing education for librarians. According to the real facts of library, a competing and inspiring mechanism should be established and bettered. We can develop the continuing education progress via staff training, studying outside, and on-job learning and attending academic conferences.
