Study on Staff Professional Pressure in Chinese Small and Medium-sized Enterprise

摘要：

This paper starts at the workers in the small-andmedium enterprises, and starts on the research of the stress management using the document analysis method. First, this paper discusses the causes of stress from enterprises and individuals as well as environment three levels. Second, this paper summarizes the influence on the employee and the organization. At last, according to the above research,the author puts forward the practical pressure solutions from enterprises. Enterprises major in preventing,controlling, eliminating the stress, using the corresponding strategies.
