The Applied Study on Dynamic Financial Indicators of Enterprise Investment Project

摘要：

Project decision, taking its main method as analyzing dynamic financial indicators and assessing financial feasibility of the investment project, is the important basis for enterprise investment decision-making. Through a study on applying financial net present value method, internal rate of return method and sensitivity analysis method in investment projects, this paper proposes several problems on the application of dynamic financial indicators which deserves our attention, and hope it will provide useful references for scientific evaluation research on constrcution project.
