Think About Financial Innovation and Supervision from the Sub-prime Crisis

In the absence of corresponding supervision while financial innovation, is one of the important reasons which lead to the U.S sub-prime crisis. Supervision is the guiding force and powerful guarantee of financial development, and financial supervision can support and guide innovation, and can eliminate the negative effects of innovation. Scientific and effective supervision may enhance the financial development into a healthy state. As the rapid financial development, innovation and supervision have all shown a new development trend. In order to achieve financial sustainability, active promoting finahcial innovation while strengthening financial supervision is very necessary.
