Organizational and Management Mode Innovation of Village Banks - rural Banking Holding Company

摘要：

Rural Bank as an innovative attempt which to make up the insufficient of rural finance supply, to strengthen and improve the rural financial services develop rapidly in China’s village. But the current scale and number of rural banks can not satisfy the needs of funds in rural, so it must bring forth new ideas to management mode of rural banks and set up rural bank holding companies, it will not only promote an explosive growth of rural banks in short term, but also solve effectively limited profitability of individual village banks and the problems which brings damage to the parent bank’s reputation and brand because of the poor management.
