Comparison between Zn0.28Cd0.72S and TiO2 Photocatalysts in the Degradation of MO
Introduction The problem about the release of azo dyes in the environmental phases has attracted widespread attention nowadays. As different light-driven photocatalysts, TiO2 and ZnxCd1-xS showed different characterizations in the degradation of Methyl Orange (MO). How many differences between them and what leads to the differences? In this paper, the differences between Zn0.28Cd0.72S and TiO2 were investigated. The reason that caused the differences was analyzed in detail.
