Preparation of HKL/γ-Al2O3 Composite Support by Different Synthetic Methods and the Catalytic Performance for FCC Gasoline Hydrotreating
Introduction Stringent clean fuel legislation demands low sulfur content, but deep HDS (hydrodesulfurization) of gasoline generally brings about the saturation of olefins leading to the serious octane number losses over the routine hydro-refining catalyst under the conventional hydro-refining conditions. As a kind of novel carrier, zeolite L has special pore structure and adjustable acidic property, so the octane number of FCC gasoline could be possibly preserved by balancing the isomerization and aromatization reactions over the catalyst containing L zeolite in the hydro-upgrading process. Meantime, research discovered that γ-Al2O3 with high specific area, big pore volume and centralized pore distribution could be prepared by pH-swing method, which availed active metal dispersing and avoided catalyst deactivation.
