In situ DRIFTS Study of NO reduction by NH3 over Fe-Ce-Mn/ZSM-5 Catalysts
Introduction Fe/ ZSM-5 catalysts have been reported to be active for the selective catalytic reduction of nitrogen oxides at high temperature in the presence of water vapor, even in the presence of SO2 . In order to avoid reheating of the flue gas as well as deposition of dust on the catalyst, highly active catalysts for low temperature SCR have be developed. Experimental Fe-Ce-Mn/ZSM-5 catalysts were prepared and performance of catalysts in NO selective catalytic reduction with NH3 were tested in the temperature range of 100~500℃. In situ diffuse reflectance infrared transform spectroscopy (DRIFTS) study was carried out.
