3D ORDERED MESOPOROUS Au/β-MnO2: HIGH-PERFORMANCE CATALYSTS FOR THE CATALYTIC OXIDATION OF BENZENE AND CARBON MONOXIDE

The catalytic combustion of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) is one of the most promising environmental technologies. Noble metal catalysts are effective in the oxidation of hydrocarbons. Manganese oxide shows good catalytic performance in a number of oxidation processes. The aim of the present work is to make 3D mesoporous manganese oxide-supported gold catalysts with high performance for benzene and CO oxidation.
