Benefits of the global value chains specialization of textile industry
Based on the tangency relative between enterprise constant cost line and product line,a new approach was developed and applied to the shift of the two lines point oftangency in the global textile value chains specialization.Some theories about international trade,such as comparative advantage,internalization,increasing returns to scale etc,are applied accordingly to analysize the benefits resources of Multinational Corporation in the logistic framework.The results indicate that the benefits of Multinational Corporation come from the worlds comparative advantages,increasing returns to scale,price advantage and transfer pricing in the global value chains specialization.China should adopt some related measures in textile industry:such as increasing senior factors of production,making the company competitive edge,and pursuiting the industrial benefit.
