The Effects of Changes in Exchange Interval on Benefits of International Trade
In this paper we use the changes of the exchange interval in the theory of comparative advantage and the movement of the international relative price as the clue,and successively lift the control over strict assumptions of the theory of comparative advantage. Besides,a gradual discussion is made into the impacts on the benefits of world trade and its distribution of trading countries caused by economies of scale,fluctuation of exchange rate, flows and accumulation of capital,technical progress,monopolization and multinational competition.At last,we reach a new conclusion about drivers of international trade,economic globalization,international trade policy and the integration of regional economy.
