The Effect of Transnational Corporations Direct Investment on Foreign Trade in Tianjin
Based on the summary of both empirical researches on the investment of transnational corporations and the related theories,this paper sets up a multivariate linear regression model by the means of empirical research to analyse the effect of transitional corporations direct investment on foreign trade in Tianjin,and conclude that transnational corporations direct investment not only promotes the aggregate export but also has positive influence on the local export enterprises.In addition,this paper aims at,from the micro levels, enhancing the local enterprises international competitive power and contributing good proposals for their long-term development and from macro levels,referring reasonable and effective suggestions for Tianjin government on foreign trade policy and making rational layout of trade and investment promotion in Binhai New Area of Tianjin so as to promote the harmonious and sustainable development of foreign trade in Tianjin.
