Relationships between Transnational Corporations and Chinese State-Owned Enterprises
This research discusses transnational corporations in China and their relationships with Chinese SUEs,presents an entire research consideration - theory,empiricism,and methodology.And it tries to explore what theories are suitable to Chinas case - a transition economy and huge SUE system.Empirically,this research tries to find out what the TNCs practice activity in China is,what Chinese SUEs reaction is,what collaboration situation and inter-relationships have.The whole research process is under a strict methodology which is planned,structured and well-designed.Analysis is done according to statistical methods and reviewing the open question and interview answers.Many kinds of statistical approaches and tools are applied.The conclusions present the both parties differences of motives,location, strategy,organisational structure,dispute settlement,and partner evaluation.The implications and findings are also presented in this paper.
