Theoretical Model and Empirical on how FDI Effect Income Gaps among people in China

摘要：

With the extent of Chinas opening and the increasing of foreign direct investment, China has become one of the biggist countries which attract most of foreign capital.While with the growth process of Foreign direct investment,the Income Gap in China was also enhanced.According to neoclassical economic theory,this is a paradox.This paper is based on peoples Income structure,and construct a theoretical model to explain the existence of this paradox.
