This paper introduces the significance of attracting multinational companies direct investment into China and the main factors that influence multinational companies to invest into China directly under the financial crisis.Chinas economy is equally being faced unprecedented pressure with the world economy under the international financial crisis.Many of the comprehensive measures must be taken to make Chinas economy break away from the impact of the financial crisis as soon as possible.W.e think it is the important means to attract multinational companies to invest into China direetly for promoting Chinas economic recovery and sustainable development.And it is an important and urgent task to analyze various favorable and unfavorable factors that influence multinational companies direct investment in China and to adopt effective measures to create a good environment for multinational companies to invest into China directly.
