The Strategic Choice of International Human Resource Management in Chinese Small and Medium Enterprises
As a result of the opening and reform of China,Chinese small and medium enterprises (SMEs) have become an important force in Chinas national economy.When Chinese SMEs seek the international business operations,human resources management (HRM) has a direct impact on the international competitiveness of these enterprises.This paper,based on the theories of international HRM,combined with the status quo of HRM of Chinese SMEs and the impact of international development patterns of SMEs on HRM,explores the strategies of International HRM in Chinese SMEs aimed to upgrade the level of HRM,enhance the strength and achieve better and rapid development of these enterprises.
