Foreign Direct Investment Strategies and Transnational Development Proposals for Private Enterprises in Zhejiang
In recent years,due to the rise of labor cost,RMB appreciation and the state government that encourages private enterprises to make foreign investment,more and more private enterprises in Zhejiang start foreign direct investment (FDI).Presently,major FDI modes of private enterprises from Zhejiang include:establishment of overseas processing bases,international marketing network,overseas R&D institutions,overseas acquisition,cluster foreign direct investment,etc.By means of cost leadership strategy,differentiation strategy and cluster FDI strategy,these private enterprises may get engaged in local production network,innovation network and social network,so as to realize sustainable development and enhance global competitiveness.
