Study on the Effect of Industry Matching Ability on FDI Location Choice——An Empirical Research Based on Panel-data
With the deepening of Chinas reform and opening up,industry matching ability have a more and more growing impact on FDI inflows.This paper constructs a index system of impacting FDI location choice,collects the index data of nine eastern provinces from 2001 to 2008,uses panel data model in econometrics to performe multiple regression with Eviews6.0 software and analyses the impact of industry matching ability on FDI inflows.The results show that,under current attracting investment pattern,although industry matching ability effects on FDI inflows greatly in nine eastern provinces,traditional factors still play a leading role.
