Foreign-funded Enterprises in China:Social Responsibility and Commitment
With the constantly increase of international capital enterprises in economic life of China,especially the occurrence of some international capital enterprises liability accident,social responsibility of foreign capital enterprise has become a hot issue.As to one side of corporate social responsibility----environmental protection responsibility,the commitment status of foreign capital enterprises in China is not inferior to domestic enterprises.From the whole national level,the foreign investment scale enlargement can promote the comprehensive treatment and utilization rate of three wastes(the three wastes of solid,liquid and gas sources)= Sub regionally,such a contribution is more evident in the western region,however, it is not clear in eastern and central China.It requires the government to continue opening up, treating foreign capital enterprise and domestic enterprises equally without discrimination in laws and policy,exerting first-mover advantage of the social responsibility of foreign capital enterprise.
