The global production system of transnational corporation establishing and growing trade in intermediate products has become a new characteristics of world economy development.Since the reform and opening up the international intra-product division and trade in the promotion of Chinas foreign trade has made significant progress,but also to the development of Chinas industry is facing the marginalized risk,the paper analysis the level of China participate in the international intra-products division based on the latest research both home and abroad,and proposed the countermeasures to upgrade the industry structure.
