A Study of the Development of Chinese OEM Enterprises Under the Background of Global Sourcing
With the penetration of global procurement in China,OEM enterprises as the main force of Chinas manufacturing industry has played an important role,but despite the large number of OEM enterprises in our country are only in a downstream in the global supply chain.In this paper,the author takes the competitive environment of global procurement as the background to study the problems of how to develop our modem OEM enterprises from the perspective of supply-side,and brings forth motion pattern suitable for our enterprises including information technology,value chain improvements,industrial upgrading,the operation of the regional transfer and collaborative study.
