Simulation Study on Biological Information Acquisition Technology of Micro Vessel in Conjunctiva

In this paper, an acquirement method of biological microscopic features in conjunctiva based on machine vision is proposed by combining microscopic technology and machine vision. This method applies the technology of digital image processing to analysis and process of the microscopic images of micro vessels in the conjunctiva, and applies the algorithm of image enhancement and edge detection to process vessel image. The experiment result indicates that this method can detect the whole of vessel edge.
