Color Gray Code Structured-light Based Technique for 3D Measurement
A high sampling density coding method called color gray code for structured- light 3D measurement system is presented. The white and black stripes of gray code are taken place of red and blue stripes. Further red and blue ones are divided by green stripes. Then centers and edges of green ones are extracted as the color gray code is dec6ding. So the sampling density increases about one double. For the color images taken by the camera are influen.ced by all kinds of factors, color correction must be done to sub-pixel detestation of green centers and edges. At last, 3D measurement experiment results indicate that the max relative error is less than 0.2%, and the measurement method can recovery complex surface shape smoothly.
