Research on Control of Cement Clinker Sintering Process Oriented to Energy Saving

摘要：

The clinker sintering process is the core subsystem of the cement production line, whose coal consumption accounts for over 90％. Therefore, the research on process control of the subsystem is significant for energy saving of cement industry. But accompanied by various kinds of physical-chemical reaction, the clinker sintering process is one multi-variable, time-varying, nonlinear, large time-delay object. It brings large complexity to the process control. So, based on the operating status recognition to determine the steady-state operating point, the researches on the process control of rotary kiln and the calciner are described respectively. And then the research on multi-processes coordination of sintering subsystem is introduced. The applications proved the validity and practicality of the above researches.
