Gaming Analysis of Tripartite Main Body in Logistics Financial

摘要：

Logistics financial is a form of cooperation which is established by the Small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs),third-party logistics enterprises and financial institutions,during the cooperation,each main body in logistics financial take corresponding actions from their own interests, there are rent-seeking motives between SMEs and third-party logistics enterprises.This article has established the gambling model between tripartite main body by applying game theorys method,and analyzed the result of game model,then put forward the corresponding solutions of the financial institutions and government.
