Model of Fuel Distribution VRP Based on NCL

During optimization decision-making,We consider not only economy factor,but timeliness and secure factor,so the fuel distribution VRP is a NP-hard problem which has complex influencing factors and many constraints.This paper begins with modem physical distribution theory,defined the fuel distribution VRP,analyzed its object classes by means of object-oriented method,then established decision variables and constructed CP model of fuel distribution VRP with explicit vehicle,task and time constraints based on NCL.The model will lay theoretical basis for next solution and simulation confirmation depended on POEM platform and ComView visualization components and ComPoem optimization engine.
