Research on Evaluation System of City Logistics Development Level

摘要：

As cities become more and more important in the regional economic development,the promotion effect of city logistics to the whole region economy is increasingly obvious.Research on evaluation system of city logistics is an important pan of regional logistics research.It can also provide the basis for further optimizing of regional logistics system.This paper fast describes the meaning of city logistics,then analyzes the factors of city logistics development level,proposes that research on city logistics evaluation system must take into account the relationship between city logistics and its service areas economy.On this basis,the paper establishes a scientific evaluation index system,and builds the principal component analysis model for city logistics evaluation,finally taking Dalian,Tianjin and Shanghai for example,makes a demonstration research.This paper attempts to establish a more reasonable evaluation index system base on the deeply study about meaning of city logistics and its effective factors.It builds the evaluation model by principal component analysis,and shows this method is efficient in city logistics evaluation.
