A Location Game Model Under Various Differentiations of Product
Under the assumption of different consumers preference in the linear market,we propose a the two-stage dynamic and competition location game model of duopoly logistics firms under horizontal and vertical property differences of logistics product of a kind.The sub-game perfect Nash equilibrium of two-stage dynamic game is obtained by backward induction method when each property is dominant analysis the strategies of equilibrium.This model extend the scope of traditional location model and remedy its defect.It makes competition location game model more practical.
