Study on Safety Reliability of Foods Cold Chain Logistics

摘要：

To solve the problem of measuring the safety of perishable food logistics system,it defined the safety reliability of food logistics and established the safety reliability models of food logistics system on the basis of microbial growth model and system reliability theory.The safety reliability models can be applied to analyze safety influence factor of food logistics unit,find out the key safety units of food logistics system and calculate the shelf life of food.It provides effective measures to analyze the safety of food logistics system dynamically.
