Quality Control and Management of Plum in Cold Chain Logistics
To upgrade the quality control and management of plum in cold chain logistics,In this paper, the key index of Furong plum (Prunus salicina Lindl.cv.Furong) was studied in cold chain logistics and normal temperature logistics by integrated testbox of temperature-controlling logistics.The results showed that the water content of plum in cold chain logistics was lower than that in normal temperature logistics,while the commodity rate,total soluble solids and firmness of Furong plum in cold chain logistics were all better than that in normal temperature logistics.It indicated that cold chain logistics played a favorable role in protecting the quality of Furong plum.Active regulations and measures should be advocated to ensure the quality of plum and to promote management in the cold chain logistics.The results in this paper can be applied to operators and managers of plum in cold chain logistics.
