EXAMINATION ON BOARD COMPOSITION, TMT OWNERSHIP & HUMAN CAPITAL OF CHINESE ENTREPRENEURIAL IPO FIRMS
When the entrepreneurial firms go public and are listed in securities market, their IPO valuation are deeply influenced by capital owners, top management team (TMT) and human capital, which also provides a new case with new data for investigation of the impact of TMT on enterprise’s value. This paper uses the data of China Growth Enterprise Market (CGEM) companies newly listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange of China to examine the correlation of IPO valuation, their board composition, TMT ownership dispersion and human capital of Chinese entrepreneurial listed companies, and finally validates some of the hypothesis.
