AN EMPIRICAL ANALYSIS ON KEY FACTORS OF INSTITUTIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF RETURNED STUDENTS’ ENTREPRENEURSHIP——BASED ON THE DATA FROM FUJIAN PROVINCE
In recent years, the proportion of students retune to going abroad is gradually increasing. Those returned students have established a number of private enterprises, especially high-tech ones, which brings vitality to China’s economy. This article utilized questionnaire survey combined with field interview. We send out open-end questionnaires to overseas entrepreneurs, key staff and administrators in returned student Pioneer Parks in Fujian Province. After that, we analyzed obtained original survey data with social scientific software SPSS. With factor analysis method to define the key affecting factors of returned students’ entrepreneurship in our province. Based on results, this study gives some suggestions about how to improve key institutional environment to attract more overseas talents for enterprises in Fujian.
