RESEARCH ON THE TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATION RISK AND DEFENSE STRATEGY OF GEM LISTED COMPANIES
GEM (Growth Enterprise Market) is started up formally in China after more than ten years’ gestation on October 30, 2009. This article makes comprehensive and deep research on the technological innovation risks the GEM listed companies faced with from six aspects: technical risk, market risk, project risk, financial risk, management risk and social risk. Based on the risk analysis, it establishes a three-dimensional risk model of technological innovation. Then it brings forward some strategies on the risk defense and control, aiming at providing useful information for stock holders.
