THE CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT AND EMPIRICAL EXAMINATION OF CAPABILITY OF NEW VENTURES
The development of capability concept of new ventures means the study of capability structure from the level of enterprise development. This paper indicates that capability of new ventures can be generally divided into the architectural and the component. we claim that the architectural capability of ventures has an enterprise become a total system of effective operation with integrated and organized features by applying and exploiting the component capabilities, while venture’s component capability is the one to accomplish the specific function of every link on venture’s value chain. Executing factor analysis, cluster analysis, variance analysis and regression analysis, we conclude that the capability structure of new ventures has strong reliability and validity and different capability has distinct influence on the business performance.
